Verizon, Microsoft in the mobile search solutions

Las Vegas - one piece of Microsoft in the Consumer Electronics Show news from the bag. The company struck the deal that will see him become the default search on Verizon Wireless mobile phones in the next five years.

The Director-General Steve Ballmer, Microsoft was set to unveil the Covenant as part of its core later Wednesday. Nevertheless, the general director of Verizon, Ivan Seidenberg referred to a decision at Citigroup conference earlier Wednesday, according to the report of Reuters.

The Wall Street Journal reported that last year, both companies are working on a deal. And this is not the first time that Microsoft has a partnership to get content on phones Verizon.

Verizon deal is only one part Bolmer basically, which is expected to largely focus on Windows 7.

The beta version of Windows 7 leaked to the Internet received late last month, bringing hope that the officially sanctioned version will be available shortly. Microsoft Developer’s blog earlier in December, seemed to indicate that the beta would be in January.
