BlackBerry Maker Research In Motion on Tuesday admitted that he writes all the talk in order to maintain the employee control over intellectual property.

“Everything I have here on RIM recorded and stored as a RIM. So if they want to have a chat with someone, and it does not chat, that within the RIM domain, they want their personal devices,” she said.
