Apple triples stake U.K. chip design company
Apple on Friday upped its stake in British chip company, Imagination Technologies.
The Company acquired 2.2 million shares at 1.43 pounds ($ 2.36), amounting to a total of 3.14 million pounds ($ 5.19 million). Purchase brings Apple shares in the company to 9.5 percent, effectively tripling its holdings in the imagination, according to a report on MocoNews.
Apple uses in the Imagination SGX GPU in the recently released iPhone 3G S, which allows you to have more graphics using Apple in the OpenGL ES 2.0, according to AppleInsider. Samsung, Imagination reported integration of technology into the system-on-on-chip devices.
OpenGL ES 2.0 is a cross-platform API, which allows for 2D and 3D graphics on embedded systems. In essence, this creates a low-level interface between software and graphics hardware systems.

My friend suggested a car rental shop when my family and I planned a vacation out of town. It was an option for us since we didn’t have a car back then. I didn’t regret renting one because it was enjoyable and now I know that it is more convenient. It was hard for us to travel out of town because we don’t have a personal car. It was my wife who decided that we could just rent a car at a car rental shop. It wasn’t really costly and it was a good decision to make because we really had travel that time. Thanks to my wife! My boss owned a Nissan Navarra but it broke down when we had a business travel last month. We needed to travel again and so one of my colleagues recommended that we would just rent a car. It was an option since we really need to make the trip. We were successful that we got to rent a car.

I thought about car rentals before and they prove to be an aspiring business. I talked to one of the owner and he says that although they only have few customers, the pay would be something that can support the entire business. If you own one car rental that it is sure to make a good amount of profit. It is a good thing for you to have tried car rentals. It’s an alternative to consider if you don’t have a personal car yet. If you are hesitant to ask a friend to borrow his car then this would be best option. You can be secure plus you won’t have second thoughts to use it since you are paying good amount of money for it. Car rentals have spread in our town. These are for people who still can’t buy a personal car. Of course people travel a lot and some see that it’s practical to just rent a car than commuting.
